Our founder, Bachinobi Ufodike, was born in Nsukka, Nigeria on August 30th, 1971. Beginning his primary education in Ihiowere Primary School, Nsukka, and continued at Clover Avenue School, California. He finished from Command Secondary school Ipaja, Lagos and attended University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he studied Veterinary Science, on his return to Nigeria. He has received professional training in Project Management from the Comprehensive Project Management Services Institute and Accounting Knowledge from the Lagos Business School.

Our process begins with having a chat with a client to take a brief of their expectations which are pointers of improvement from existing structures and challenges seen from same. We then develop sessions which will range from talks, to trainings, to games for learning etc.
Next will be to agree on the best location and method for execution of the ideas to be able to get the best results and initiate that paradigm shift in the minds of the trainees to help them grow with ease to get the required results in the workplace.
With the firrst two steps sorted we them move into execution stage by carrying out the tasks as agreed by engaging in sessions, games, talks etc. This is usually the state of interaction with the general body of people and staff. This also generates feed backs that will be resolved for perfecting the purpose of the whole exercise.
The final stage is the follow-up. This helps us make sure that the take homes are fully practiced and that they become habits, which makes the learnings entrenched into the system of such an organization.
